Our Association has two accounts. The first one we can access with no problem after resetting the password, the second one (which is actually the primary account accepting payments) was set up with exactly the same information, but will not send a phone call to verify as a second step, even though ew added the numbers sent through by email. Tried to talk to Paypal, but apparently the social security digits are not what they are seeing, and won;t talk to anybody but the name on the account, our president. I asked phone support for an email address to contact, and they give me a support email address - I spent some time detailing the issue and asking for help, and it is an unmonitored email account! This is crap service, I just want to reset the password, do I really have to get the darn president to call?
