Hello everyone, I would like to appeal against PayPal for a decision they took in a dispute I open. First thing first, back to the origins: eBay part: I ordered a bundle of items on eBay. I received them but 1 out 4 wasn't the right item. I opened a dispute on eBay about that, the seller told me he will send me the missing item, and I can keep the wrong item, both for free. He also asked me to shut the dispute down. I thought that since he wrote it down, in case he wouldn't do that, that would play in my favor, as a proof, so I closed it. He told me he sent it, but I never saw it arrived. PayPal part: As the dispute was closed on eBay, and that they really didn't care about the fact the seller didn't send it back with my 'written proof', I opened a PayPal dispute. Several messages were sent, the seller wanted me to send back the entire order, what I agreed, but I didn't want to pay myself for the shipping back. I did no mistake during this purchase, so I didn't have to pay more to see it solved. To this, no response until the dispute closed. Beside of it, seeing that the last day for the dispute before its closure I had to reply, I wrote PayPal. On their contact formula, it says they answer winthin 24hrs, what is wrong because my 2-3 messages for them stayed unanswered... Now the dispute is closed, and it was not to my advantage. I wrote several times, the seller or PayPal didn't answer, and I never found the 'make a call of the decision' button, before or after the closing. Damn the communication is horrible, and I'm the one who has to pay more, and who is wrong at the end... What do you think, people, I have to do next? During the few hours after the dispute closure, in the sum up page, it was written 'Closed. The seller will refund you 100%', but then it disappeared, letting just 'closed'. Thanks for your help.
