That reply did not address the concern. Further, the email I received from PayPal asking if I was "satisfied" appeared to be a Phishing email. PayPal is not adjusting to Phishing and Malware issues.

There are some emails that look legitimate from their subject. I get several from "apple" that are so realistic I nearly clicked until I looked at the email address. A friend just opened an email he thought was from a real friend, only to find ransomware had attacked him. Fortunately he had a relative with high level skills that cleaned out the rather simplistic take-over. But that something could attack by just opening an email is a new threat.

I get at least one phishing email a week asking me to sign into "paypal." Outlook does not let you see sender's email addresses before you open the email, and neither do cell phones. Sometimes just opening a malevelent email will cause an infection. Solution: add a section to our account which lists any messages PayPal sends to us. We can then log in, check messages, risk free.
