The message appears to be from PayPal, and it is asking me to click a link to "confirm your info here" which includes a link to https://epl.paypal-communication.com/ (plus the rest of a ginormous URL). paypal-communication.com seems to be a domain owned by PayPal, registered through the registrar markmonitor.com. I am assuming PayPal sent the email, but I don't want to receive it. They should know better than to send messages to folks that include links because it just trains folks to click links in email messages.

I keep getting messages from PayPal with the subject "Confirm your info to keep a PayPal balance."
I am flustered because the message is littered with links and remote content. I NEVER follow links in unsolicited email messages. I don't let my email client display remote images unless I have to. How can I know I can trust any message? It's just a bad practice -- it could resemble an actual PayPal message in every way.
I presume THIS message may actually come from PayPal, but when I get to the site, my preferred action (just issue payment) seems to have no action associated with it, so I have gotten this message two or three times now.
I find this message frustrating -- I don't tend to use PayPal for payments, so the situation they describe hasn't come up much. I think I had a couple of refunds, but they just hung around until I used PayPal next. I don't see how to make this message stop.
