So this whole thing to a turn for the better. The buyer reached out and said he received a refund for no reason when he admits he received the watch and just left the mint receipt claimed opened by accident. PayPal took no responsiblity in fact they suggest I just take it to small claims court. They obviously did not do a thorough investigation or even ask the buyer and questions because he would've admitted to them he had the item and he wasn't asking for a refund. They just never checked the tracking showing delivery! Really crazy and scary in my opinion.

I am now being told the buyer sent the payment as a 'service' not a product and that the address was provided by him not PayPal. As a seller, I never noticed this. They're telling me to try small claims court! I am not going to give up on this and let the scammer win!
