My summary page has the following message in a section called "resolution center": " There are unresolved problems. Check on the status or respond ". However, when I go to the resolution center, everything is 0 (Open cases 0, Response required 0, etc). I did try to post a query to the resolution center not related to a particular transaction over a week ago, which I believe is the cause of this message, however, I never received an email response to the query or any other acknowledgment other than this message. I managed to talk to a supervisor at the helpdesk regarding that query so this message should be cleared and if there is a record of the query with the resolution center, it can be marked resolved.
