Re tried to dispute it. But in doing so PayPal only gave us one category to dispute that we did not authorize the transaction. That was not the dispute, but that was the only dispute option given. The dispute is "I did not receive my item." But when I clicked on the link above that option was never given. Now PayPal closed the case because they stated I did authorize the transaction when I said I didn't (because that was the only dispute option given). Of course I authorized the transaction. I wanted a puppy. I paid for a puppy. But I did not receive a puppy. I didn't receive anything. I am trying to dispute that I did not receive what I paid for but I am not allowed to dispute that and when I tried the case was closed without giving me a chance to properly dispute the problem. This is not fair!
