Usually, i used the direct debit service to move money from my bank to paypal account every month. However, recently it occured that errors always coming out with the direct debit services. I am doubt to the paypal website technical skill? If there is no direct debit services in paypal then why not the website pages still showing that and welcoming all the user account to have 2 choice to choose for adding money unfortunately is just 1 choice because the direct debit services not work so everyone just can use the bank transfer services but not the direct debit services. I am not sure other account user wether they are facing the same problem or not, for me yes it is and it causing me problem keep calling and contacting paypal experience i had met before, now this is the 2nd times the direct debit services not working. If paypal wanna to ban me from using the direct debit services, just dont show me there is 2 choice to choose from moving money to paypal either by bank transfer or direct debit service, just make it simple and clear to me only the bank transfer i can use only. It just confusing every paypal account user that the direct debit service is welcoming to use but cannot use, then why shown it there on the website?
