Not sure if I can get help here or if I will need to speak with my bank. I made a purchase back in Feb and the item was with held at customs (ot was a pet anxiety diffuser and classed as a prohibited item) so the item was never delivered. I had assumed I would just have to wear the loss. Then I received notification today from PayPal that the purchase amount has been refunded. However I have since got a new credit card with a new card number and the card the original purchase was made on is now closed. As the refund has been sent to the original card # I have not actually received it. Is there any jig PayPal can do? Or is this an issue I use speak to my bank about? Thanks
