Skier, From what I see in other threads, merchants are not especially wanting to file class action. However, I do see that a problem exists and needs to be solved. Perhaps the web designers or execs at PP need to look at this blog, since they cannot even understand the KISS (*KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) principle for their email questions. I AM A BUYER who is wanting to purchase an item!!! Even though I have a very established ebay/paypal acct, I am not being able to use any of my debit or credit cards for a purchase at this time due to a POSITIVE acct balance in paypal.(By the way, all are in excellent standing with paypal/ebay). I have been trying to email paypal about the problem, but there are so many popups to click on (none of them apply to my problem), that I cannot navigate to the place to ask my question. That is how I found this blog!!! I am a college graduate and I have taken computer courses which include PROGRAMMING. The process to get a concern to paypal via email is TOO COMPLICATED. If it takes a class action suit to get PAYPAL's attention, then so be it. Personally, I am going to apply the KISS principle and call them in the morning. I AM NOT HAPPY AND I FEEL SORRY FOR THE OPERATOR I FINALLY GET AFTER I GET THROUGH YELLING AT THEIR COMPUTERIZED PHONE TO GIVE ME A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!!!!!!!!!! KAT
