Hi community, I address you all because I have a problem! I am Dutch and am using PayPal from the Netherlands. People of the servicedesk are not very helpful to me unfortunately. I have a problem with three transactions I made a week ago. It is quite a lot of money so I am on it daily to get it back! I start explaining: 1) June 14th I wanted to buy some software from a company called FSDreamteam. It was software for Flight Simulation called Prepar3D. When I wanted to buy the software using my PayPal-account I got an Authorization Error. This blocked my purchase via MyCommerce/Esellerate, the company handling financials for the company I was buying software from. I was alarmed thinking it could not be true PayPal is going to withdraw money now? 2) I saw in my account the bad thing happened. Transaction was completed. But how, it was not authorized! Then I got within 24 hours email notifications that the transaction could not be completed and my money has been refunded to my PayPal account. So I thought, no worries. I tried another time to buy the same product, confident it was a transaction that never came through, thus no money will be withdrawn. 2 times hereafter I got the same notification of authorization error. "There is too much risk with this transaction, your transaction is going to be reviewd and put under investigation" Now I see in my account 3 green "+" transactions as refunds. I thought the money should be refunded within a few dews. 3) A week has passed. I am beginning to be more and more agitated, the refund is still pending! I called PayPal and asked what on earth is going on. The woman told me the second time I called that it is still under investigation, no further details given. I asked where my money was. She said your money is refunded to your PayPal account, but it is on hold, because of the investigation. What do I have to do now and what actions is PayPal making now? I want my money back, as I already said it is quite a lot of money. How long will this take and what can I expect as further actions?? I am speechless. This is simply horrendous. In vain I also sent an email to MyCommerce, but still no replies. The order numbers on which the transaction was failed are not valid. Thus confirming the transaction never was completed. I have the right to get my money back! If this does not have a positive outcome within a week I want to escalate this issue to a higher level. Please, if someone knows what is happening, please tell me. I want this issue to be resolved. Thanks in advance. Peter
