I have a case and we agreed to do a refund when I return the item. I posted the tracking number as a message to the seller. I also accepted their refund/return action. The seller is telling me they can't do the refund unless I supply the tracking number. I see no place to supply a tracking number other than posting it as a message. Since i have accepted the refund/return agreement I can't even seem to leave the seller messages now. Is this true or is the seller just jerking me around?
