While I certainly appreciate your time and willingness to help, I am baffled completely by your advise. Would you mind qualifying your advise at least just a little, and perhaps intimate something on what particular aspect of my experience you are addressing and/or attempting to affect please? Honestly, I don't have a clue why you'd advise me to upgrade my browser when nothing that I see in my description of events points in the slightest way to a browser problem. Would you be up to summarizing what this could be and why you'd adivse this? And, what does "upgrading" my browser mean? Why should I "type in" the PayPal address? I've already stated that I was anchored to the "https:" portal, guaranteeing (so I read) that I had a secure connection between my PC and the PayPal servers. Plus, as I stated, I was able to completely go through the claims process and had even uploaded the requested docs. So, again, what do you suspect about any of that would change if I typed in the PayPal address? Does it somehow bring up a different web page, and subsequent web pages as I progress through the process? That might explain something ................ Hmmmm Thanks, I appreciate it.
