Hi, I have contacted PayPal on numerous occasions as I transferred some money to make some payments, and all of a sudden a chunck of it was disappeared. I have checked the downloadable statement which shows I should still have the money in my account but it is not showing on my available balance. I have spoken to a manager at the Newcastle customer services and he can see there is an error on PayPals side, but apparently he cannot resolve it for the last couple of days! So now I am out of pocket! Can someone provide me with the contact details of the escalations team or advise me on what to do?
