I have not been active on my paypal because of previous fraud activity on my account, however it happend again. I recieved a letter in the mail from a collections agency saying I owe an amount of $94.86 because I guess the person on the other side reported fraud. After calling customer service and an agent not being able to help me, attempting to report fraud on the transaction and the company's website not allowing me, and finally sending an email of my situation, I'm still not sure on what to do. This is a case of fraud and I can't and will not pay that amount. I should not be responsible for resolving someones case of fraud, this is something paypal should take care of. And paypal isn't trying to resolve this issue. Has anyone been in this situation and know what to do? Any tips? If paypal doesn't try to help, which they probably won't, should I go through with the police? I dont want this going on my credit.
