It's the gold coins we actually purchase not the sweeps so even if your sweeps is negative you probably still have a positive balance in the gold coins. I took a screenshot of the email saying my account was deactivated and a screenshot of the email saying they took the coins and sweeps back because of dispute and emailed that along with my email.

It was around 2,000. I also made sure to tell them that I had most of the gold coins I purchased still in my account and that when I opened the first dispute they deactivated my account so I could not access what I purchased. That seemed to help. They told me they forwarded all the info into a Dept to look into there billing and account because they have been getting so many disputes.

Most of the disputes I filed were closed in their favor. I appealed them and then called everyday. Sent email explaining the situation to appeals department and they ended up deciding in my favor. I got all the money back that I had been charged there. I don't know how many times they had double billed me or triple billed me until I caught it. I also have a business paypal account. Do not let them tell you there is nothing they can do. Enough people have complained about it that PayPal has to know they are doing these things.

Did you ever get the extra charges taken care of? They double billed me several times. They also didnt give me all the coins/sweeps i paid for. I disputed the charges they messed up on and now they closed my whole account. Im trying to decide if I should go back abd dispute all charges since I can't get into my account at all.
