I've never had to dispute a transaction before, but I realized the company/website I purchased an item from isn't used or moderated. I went to dispute it, wrote a message to the sender despite knowing I wouldn't receive an answer, and mistakenly read that I had to wait 20 days to allow them to respond, not that I had to escalate the case within those 20 days. So the case auto closed, and now it seems like there's nothing I can do. Is there anything I can do?
