I sold something online that I stated could not be returned as it was an expensive box of lipsticks from the US (unopened). The woman has tried the colours & not liked them, so wants to send them back. She requested a refund through PayPal and they approved, taking my balance to -£53.50. I decided to ignore it until I can get round to calling them and it's gone up £1 a day! I had money in my bank for the funds to be taken & nothing happened, and I'm certainly not paying it! What do I do?
