As above And its not the first time they've done this. eBay closed the returns on the 30/5/20 but when i looked at my PayPal account the money had not been received. After a few days i contacted PayPal and they told me the money hadn't been released by eBay(even though i had emails to prove it which i uploaded to PayPal) They told me there was nothing more they could do and i must speak to eBay again, so that's what i did. eBay looked into it and told me that PayPal "HAD" actually released the funds but for some reason they have not gone into my account. I got a transaction statement from PayPal and it showed that the money had actually been released, but almost immediately had been updated with the status "refused". I don't even know if that means what i think it means, but what i do know is that every single PayPal agent i talk to tells me that either the funds have not been released OR that the dispute was settled in favour of the buyer. In the last 5 minutes i have been told by different PayPal agents that the money DID in fact reach my account and just a few seconds ago, that the dispute had not been closed and the money not released. How am i supposed to deal or even cope with this level of stupidity? I can't talk to anyone and even if i could English is not their first language so nothing ever gets resolved because we can't understand each other. Can anyone help me before i have either a coronary or a nervous breakdown.
