I received, unprompted, a bill from someone for $619.99. Since anyone can send an invoice to anyone else, this isn't the part I'm concerned about. The contents of the invoice are inaccessible (it's possible PayPal already took care of the scammer in question) but I also cannot remove the invoice from my account. If I archive it, it hides it from most places but still appears in my dashboard as unpaid. I want to remove it from my account (via the Cancel button) but encounter an error page every time I try. The error page reads as follows: Something's not right Let's get you back on track. Try Again I'm really not sure where to go from here. I'm not able to file a dispute for this issue, the PayPal chat assistant doesn't help and won't let me talk to an actual representative about this specific issue, and I've done everything I can from my end.
