As I mentioned I'd already done as you have suggested. Then the package arrived.... seemingly the reason why my case was closed by Ebay was because it was 'upgraded' to urgent... still not too sure how that worked...but the deliver arrived...but something definitely wrong with the communication between Ebay and delivery system.
