After several hours contacting Pay Pal, E Bay, Canada Post and trying to print the label several times, the problem just disappeared. I print at least one label per day, somedays several so it is not something new to me. When I connect Pay Pal customer service first question ....Is it an E Bay item. I answer yes. Pay Pal responses... Let me connect you with E Bay. I explain my problem to E bay. They tell to contact Pay Pal. So I explain this issue to Pay Pal again and this time I am told I should contact Canada Post. Just quess what Canada Post told me. IT IS A PAY PAL ISSUE. I hung up the phone, tryed to print the label again and it worked. Very frustrated I took the package to Canada Post drop station and then stopped for a Beer The most frustrating part is calling Pay Pal
