I sold some items to a buyer on ebay for $200+ A few days later, they sent me an ebay message that they received a notification from Australia Post saying that their parcel had been delivered but apparently it was nowhere to be seen (apparently they had been at home at that time). I contacted Australia Post and they say that it has been delivered (as is shown on the tracking number) and that the delivery van's GPS also verifies they were at the buyer's address. So with all the evidence showing that the parcel should have been delivered, they have (understandably) told me that that is all they can do. The buyer will have none of this and is still adamant that they did not receive the item. The buyer has now opened up a Paypal 'item not received' claim. This means that the $200+ in my account is 'on hold' and inaccessible. What are my options and what steps should I now take? Thanks in advance!
