Hi, I've filed some claims for items not as described and PayPal granted me a refund after the items are received by the seller. I gathered all the items in one package, spent 30 usd on the shipping and provided the tracking number for the package, thus giving one tracking number for multiple claims. Now PayPal granted me only one return for 153 usd while denied 3 others for 1832 usd combines (!!) on the basis that I should've sent items in separate packages and provide different tracking numbers. I am really **bleep** of now. This rule is not mentioned on PayPal Resolution Center, I've read the PayPal Buyer Protection rules full text and this rule is NEVER mentioned anywhere, see p.5.1 and 5.2. So now I'm left without any items and without any money, almost 2k! PayPal said that "they will escalate" but they recommend me that I should "contact my bank" and what is that my bank can do here?! I've paid for the items mostly by the funds generated from my PayPal seller activities. Now the seller has time to emply his account so that after escalating PayPal won't be able to refund me from his account. This is just a terrible experience. I hope that this escalation will work - I won't stop my claims anyway!
