Hello all, I'm currently in the following dilemma: My paypal account was used without authorization to buy videogame weapons skins, but, this was done from my computer, it was someone I know. I've been a customer from this videogame weapons skins site and they have delivered every time, so I got no complaints against them, the problem is that I let someone who I thought was a friend, use my computer, without my direct and constant supervision. A few hours later, I noticed that 130 dollars I had saved for medicine were gone. I went immediatly to my paypal account and saw the transactions there, I confirmed it when I saw weapon skins I did not buy in my inventory. After that I called my friend and he confirmed my suspicions, he bought 130 dollars worth of weapon skins WITHOUT my authorization. Now, the reason of why I am writing this instead of opening a dispute is because: 1) I don't want to harm the weapon skins company because they DID deliver the items. 2) These transactions were made from my computer, I feel like I still have some degree of responsibility because I let this person (independently of our past friendship) use my pc 3) The last time I tried to open a dispute, I didn't select the right options (I selected "Seller did not deliver" when he had done it, but the item was different from what I expected) so I don't want to make the same mistake twice, I want to be completely sure before opening a dispute. I tried contacting paypal support but I got an incomplete answer. So I want advise on how to best proceed in this situation.
