This all started when I used customer support for issues I had with payments when I was 16. I used the services as a way to purchase items on the internet without the use of an official bank account. I called up customer support, stated my age, and the conversation was immediately closed and my account was barred from service as I violated the TOS. It has been years since then, and I felt like a fool for doing something so dumb. I hoped to make an appeal a year back as I was of age, but I never got the chance to talk to customer support at all because of Covid-19. I have the proper identification, and I want to appeal, but I feel as if it won't be accepted as violating the terms of service in itself is something you cannot make an appeal for. Is there any hope for me?
