While verifying my card, I input the 4 number code to finish the procedure. I received a message saying that the code was invalid, so I typed it again this time. After a few tries my account refreshed and my card was gone and my profile went from (100% to 67%). I did not clicked on delete card because I did not see any sort of warning. I tried to re-enter my card again and said it could not be processed...How can I fix this? I did made a mistake and asked for another code on the 11/05/2017 while the first one was on 09/05/2017. I've been charged two times and I don't know what happened to my card and how to refund my money. Please help me.
