Paypal is holding on to yet more of my money - 4th time in 3 months!!!!! This time £450 (last time over £900!) - reason given because it is over "the limit" of $500??? I have NEVER had any issues paying paypal accounts or with any buyer account but they keep on doing this to me??!!! This is a UK customer and even though tracking has been uploaded - item delivered and feedback left - they tell me I still can't have my money for 3 weeks - IS THIS LEGAL??? I get absolutely nowhere when ringing them - all I get is "It's the system". So the tracking number was uploaded to Paypal but when you click on the tracking number, USPS tells you, you can't track a package to Japan. I've called in a number of times to talk to them about this issues, but because Paypal out sources it's call centers to foreign countries, i've been giving contradicting information everytime i've called in. The one Amercian Customer Service Rep. that I spoke to actually understood the problem and tried to help. She released the funds so I could ship the items off, and she told me once I uploaded the tracking number I could callback and have some release me the funds. When i called back, I got someone from the Phillipines that didn't understand and just keep repeating the same things to me without helping at all. I'm tired of calling in and one person telling me one thing and then the next person telling me something different. I'm running a business and don't have time for PayPal's games. Today another order from Japan came in and they didn't hold the funds. Yet they are still holding on to over $500 for 21 days. I'm not stupid this policy was only put in place so PayPal can collect interest on my money and make a profit. On top of charging me 2.9%! So i guess i'm paying PayPal to scam me. I doubt there is a solution to this problem. I really hate using PayPal because they try to scam sellers, more than the customers.
