Paypal's just awarded cost of item I bought to seller, yet I returned item to seller ast Paypal's request and I sent tracked parcel info to Paypal. They closed the claim. How do I object to this? I have proof it was sent and signed for. I sent tracking info to Paypal in good time. Seller did not let Paypal know they received it. I spoke to seller as message I received from Paypal said to try and do so. (item was not in condition described to me and was also excessively damaged as seller did not supply outer card packaging). Paypal asked me to try to resolve anything with seller. I contacted seller by phone and seller emailed me the email they received from Paypal, to say seller was awarded amount I had bought it for and that Paypal had credited their account! The seller then sent me very nasty text saying if I had resolved it with seller then they would have sorted it out with me directly and not to bother contacting them again. I did not buy item via ebay. Truth of matter is this seller failed to respond after I sent photos of damage onto Paypal's dispute feed. Eventually I had to escalate dispute due to this. So now I have paid for item and return postage but do not have item nor my refund. I have since discovered that the seller has some rather nasty feedback about the business they run...which is not related to the item I had bought. Just don't know where to go with persuing this now. I would like to claim my refund back from Paypal..does anyone know how to do this?
