a buyer from spain has opened a case only 5 days after i have sent the game. the game cost 35$ so i didnt use tracking, the buyer conviniently escalated the case right away so i couldnt explain myself. i used to be able to contact paypal for that and explain my case, does anybody knows how to do so? ps; the sale was from ebay and of course the buyer did open the case on paypal not ebay any help is welcome
