Hi everyone, last week a made a purchase on ebay-kleinanzeigen and payed using PayPal with buyer's protection. Since the payment was confirmed, I haven't heard from the seller (already 4 days). I initialised a conflict on PayPall and still no response from the seller. I'm going to escalate and make an "Antrag auf Käuferschutz". My question is: if the seller sends the purchased goods after the conflict escalation, am I still protected from receiving the goods, which don't match the description? My fear is: the seller sends an empty box, provides a tracking number but I won't have a possibility to create the second conflict because I already created the "Item not received" one. How am I protected in this case?
