Hi guys, So I've recently sold my laptop through PayPal and have delivered the item via Royal Mail special delivery by 1pm; the item was tracked and signed for on delivery. Then a claim was opened against me claiming that the item did not arrive but I knew that it did as the tracking information showed otherwise so I was confident that I would win the claim. But just today I received notice that the claim has been closed in the buyers favour and I really don't understand why and I am quite upset at the moment as the transaction said that it was seller protection eligible as long as I send to the address stated, which I did, and provide tracking information, which I also did. I tried appealing but for some reason it keeps coming up with an error. Please could you guys help me, I have no idea what to do!!
