Last Friday I had an email from Paypal to notify me that I had exceeded my receiving limit. My account has a debit card on it and a confirmed credit card. When I received the email I set up a direct debit, via Paypal, with the bank account to which the debit card belongs. I checked my bank account and the direct debit was set up on the 28th April. I had already submitted, in February this year, sent the documents requested by Paypal to prove my address etc. So I don't understand why my account is still limited to receiving payments only. I can't find an email address on Paypal:their Contact and Help buttons just go round in circles. I rang yesterday and the automated message advised me to request a call back which I did but didn't hear back. I posted a query on the Paypal support Twitter page this morning but haven't heard back yet and don't have much confidence in getting a reply. Does anyone have any idea what I might be missing or doing wrong, please? Thank you!
