This is getting crazy. Having same issue since I started selling iPhones. They claim we are protected by their "Seller Protection Policy", which most of the time I was, but now they started holding my money until item is delivered and the buyer "has" to confirm he received the phone and is suppose to then notify PayPal that he received it. This started after numerous people that bought iPhones from me waited until I uploaded tracking info, then they start emailing you that their accounts have been hacked and asking me not to ship the phone knowing I already did. These fraudulent buyers try and get phones for free. I don't care what they do, but I am selling my phones here because I feel safe and protected from these fraudulent buyers with eBay and PayPal's protection. After several phone calls, I finally feel now that I am the one being targeted like I'm the criminal selling iPhones, lol. Last person I talked to told me "I" should be more cautious who I sell to. I mean what the heck? I was shocked! It's "their" job to protect "us" sellers. I have no control over who pays and majority of the customers don't even email you back. So I'm not understanding why I'm suppose to have restrictions? They are acting like I'm not doing my part and making sure before releasing my money that the item was delivered. That's not fair at all. And I cannot force people to go online and notify PayPal when they received their package. They are really making me feel like I'm doing wrong and I'm out to scam everyone. Makes no sense and on top of that I cannot even get approved for PayPal capital loans due to this restriction. I dont know what else to do but close my account and use another merchant account for my eBay sales. And I've been a loyal customer with good feedback yet they treat me like I'm a criminal.
