I'm so tired of paypals non existent personal support right now. I have been trying for 3 days to contact them and nothing. I got my visa debit card renewed, activated it in a store, everything is good. I tried updating it on paypal to the new expiry date, there was no edit button so i deleted it and retyped it in. I got an error message that this type of card is not accepted. Its literally the same card with a different expiry date. I tried again several times, and same thing. I got it to accept somehow by trying to order on a website with a new card on paypal, but it ultimately failed and isn't "activated" so, i tried to do that, now i have a "activate card" option, but when i click on it its the same thing. "this card is not accepted" . I can use it on other sites, i called my bank, they said that nothing is wrong, tried again 24 hours later, same thing on paypal. I went in to my bank, and they said its on paypals end, they didn't even try to contact the company via my card at all this time. Theres no request in the history except when i first signed up to paypal. I am so irritated, i tried to order something for the following week and can't because the website only accepts paypal verified accounts. I had to pay a family member to use their paypal account in order to order it on time. I go on google and theres hundreds of similar community posts, all with mods saying its on the banks end even though almost everyone is saying theyve gone to the bank and the bank has zero issues.
