I have purchased something with a online vendor (not through eBay) and paid 750 euro for the item. After a month of waiting, I haven't got the item. So I opened a case in resolution center. Then the seller provided the tracking information which showed in transit to my address. Last update was 1 and half month ago. At the end of buyer protection period, I escalated the claim because I haven't seen the item yet. After reviewing, PayPal ruled against me. So I called them trying to appeal, but was not granted. "The seller has provided valid tracking information on the above case. As a result, your appeal can not be granted at this time. " The post office won't even start an investigation from my request as I am the receiver. There is no tracking information update, not to say my signature or any sort. I have not received anything yet. Then my case was closed against my favor. Is this the correct action as far as PayPal resoluton center is concerned? What should I do at this point? I doubt the vendor would be motivated to help me find the package after he comfortably got my money. Anyone knows what I should do at this point?
