I ordered a product which I paid for with my PayPal account. I emailed the company when I didn't get the item. I received an email response from a customer service representative that my item arrived in the U.S. on 4/14/2017, and to allow 7-10 days for USPS to deliver the package. I emailed the company again on 4/25/2017. I have not received a response from the company.
