I sent a second request after the first one was randomly refunded/ canceled, not knowing that the first balance would eventually be resolved. the $50.33 showed up in my bank account but now it says I have -50.33 in my paypal account. This is due to a technical error, and I need this solved immediately, as I receive payments every Monday and need my specific amounts undisturbed by your technical difficulties. This is the email they sent me: Jason Bissainthe-Tobin, We experienced a technical issue regarding your request to withdraw your money to your bank account on April 23, 2017. The money was deposited in your bank account but was also sent back to your PayPal account balance. On April 25, we corrected this error by subtracting the correct amount from your PayPal account.
