Hello i have a question. I have a buyer who bought an Online world of warcraft game account from me 3 months ago, out of the blue the bujyer issued a charge back stating the item was not delivered for a 350$ gross amount. I have detailed chat logs of the conversation with the buyer and giving specific directions to leave a note on the payment stating what he is buying after he confirms in the logs everything is good and the account was delivered. There is time stamps of the date and everything of the chat logs and its the same date i received the payment. The buyer still has access to the account basically after claiming he never received the account. He paid with goods/service payment method. My quest is, if i linked the chat logs basically of him confirming everything was delivered also talking about specific pricing/ payment methods and to leave a note, can i win this dispute of a obvious scam. Who waits 3 months to state an item isnt delivered on a 350$ payment?? If i paid that amount of money and my item was delivered within a week i would be calling then not 3 months later.
