Hi guys, Would really appreciate any info or/and advice how to deal with the following situation. I've bought a product on JVZoo with 30 days money back guarantee. The product wasn't working as described and support couldn't resolve the issues. I've asked for my money back and after they delayed, with the refund, I've opened a case. During initial 10 days waiting time I had a couple of emails from seller's support desk asking to close the case and they will pay me back every penny. I made a massive mistake and closed the dispute (but didn't take the option that I got the refund). As soon as I did that support desk ignored all my emails. JVZoo is on the case but looks like they are ignoring them as well. I just wanted to know before I call PayPal is there anything they can do to get on seller's case? I've got communication with the seller I can provide and the proof that JVZoo is on the case as well but...just want to know if there is anything PayPal can help me with to get my money back or at least make the live difficult for those scammers.
