I made a purchase to a company in the United States through Paypal in late September 2017. They told me that my order would take between 5 to 8 weeks to finish. When I didn't hear anything from them, I tried to contact them directly twice through email. I have received no response from them at all. I have just been informed that paypal may be able to help, but the transaction for that purchase will not appear in the Resolution Centre section and I cannot make a case without it. Whether it is here or somewhere else, does anyone know where I can receive help for this situation? Many Thanks.
