Hello paypal users. First of all I would like to say that I am relatively new to the paypal platform. I started my account approximately 2 months ago from Bulgaria. I have verified my debit card, phone number and email. Everything on my account looks fine. But when I try to withdrawl money from my wallet to my debit card...here comes the annoyng stuff: Every time I try to withdrawl money, the system wants me to go throug verification by a phone call. Only a phone call, sms option is not possible. So far so good. I get a 4 digit code on the screen on my PC. East bizzy. My cell phone rings and I pick up, wait for the voice to prompt me "please enter the numbers" or smth like that. I enter the four digits pin but nothing happens. The voice prompts again like i havent entered the code. I re-enter until the system says "sorry, unable to verify" and ends the call. After that I try to go through the process all over - same result. After the secont attempt the paypal blocks and says "sorry we could not verify it was you". After that I must wait 24 hours for the system to reset in order to try to withdrawl again and when I try I block the system again and again because the verification does not work. Can someone explain me what shoud I do, because my frustration is seriously growing. May be I am stupid and not doing it right, or the automated system is malfunctioning. Should I enter # or * or some other symbol before or after the 4 digits? Or is there some way to bypass this stupid phone calls? I have friends in Bulgaria who also use paypal and they withdrawl money to their debit cards without phone verifications. I need my money and I have to find a method to withdrawl. Thank you in advance.
