I have been going round in circles trying to contact someone at PayPal. There has been a farudulent direct debit set up via Paypal and money was taken from my bank account (over £65.00). My bank have refunded the payment and stopped the direct debit, but are unable to tell me who the customer is (just that it is Paypal) . Can Paypal help? The transaction is bogus and does not appear on my history and whoever hs set up the DD, have managed to bypass any security Paypal have regarding protecting my bank details. This is very concerning and I would like to know what steps Paypal are taking to stop fraud. My message via the Paypal Facebook page has been ignored, so I hope to receive some response via the Forum. Ref: 5KFJ2225NSFSA, this code does not exist. Please help. Thanks
