This seems to be a major problem. Someone charged my account completely inaccurately. I got them to refund it immediately and the refund was recorded but the original sum was still debited to my bank acount 2 days later but I'm still waiting for the refund to be available. Why should the refund take 2 days more than the original payment? And why couldn't they have suspended taking the funds from my bank account? Then I'll need to log in to tansfer it back to my bank account. Then of course the resolution centre can't cope with "never ordered item in the first place" as opposed to "goods not delivered".
