Hello! Basically, my problem starts with a company I wanted to cancel and order from because they have fake items. I bought the item and disputed the transactions. To settle the dispute, the company contacted me personally and agreed to give me a full refund (they will pay shipping) if I send them back the item and cancel the dispute. As long as I got my refund, I didn't care, so I agreed to this promise and cancelled the dispute. I recieved the item recently and have contacted to company about sending back the item so I can get my refund but they are ignoring my emails. I have gone to the extent of emailing them from another account just to see if they just weren't actively replying to their emails. They replied within 10 minutes. Evidently, they are ignoring my emails to avoid giving me my refund of over $70. Is there anything I can do?
