Hi, Fortunately I have managed to have the Decision in my favour and my money paid for an unstisfactory transaction with Rotita returned to my Paypal Account. Will this money go back to my Bank Acc? Now my problem is I cannot, after several attempts, even before the decision, manage to find a 'shipping on us' form to claim back the £12.50 postage I had to shell out to inititiate the refund claim. I have submitted enquiries on how to do this to the Customer Helpline via email but no response has been forthcoming. What do I do next?
