This is horrendous. Several weeks ago I made a purchase that I mistimed, which ended up with me having a negative balance on my account, this is all a mistake on my part. Several days later I make another purchase to which PayPal wanted to take the money from the previous purchase I was unable to pay at the time, naturally, that is fair enough. But now this happens, a few days ago PayPal took the negative balance off of my bank account unannounced while sending me an email a day later reminding me to top off my negative balance. Better yet, I still have to pay the second purchase which already took the negative balance into account. I called customer support regarding this incident, and the man on the phone essentially told me I'm wrong, that I did give permission to have paypal take extra money unannounced, and I shouldn't need to worry as my paypal Balance will go up by the amount they took rather than it disappearing into the void. This is not my concern, neither is it a way to handling customers whom are already upset. Because of this extra "deposit" I am now unable to pay some of my bills. I get paid minimum wage, I barely have enough to get around each month, I can only afford making a purchase like this every year or so. Paypal **bleep** me over royally with this little stunt.
