Hello Paypal community! I'd like to ask you about a problem I had with a seller. I bought a phone screen on Ebay (and I used paypal to pay) for $26 in Autumn 2016, but the item which arrived was not working. So I sent the seller a question about it and he suggested that I could send the item back to him and he would refund me afterwards. So I did as he asked. About a month later, I wrote him again wheather or not he had received the package and he replied that he did. So he asked me for my paypal account. But because ebay denies to send an email adress through a message, I had to send him a paypal.me address. That was about 2 weeks ago. The money should have already arrived, but I haven't received them. And neither can I contact the seller, because it has been more than 90 days since the first contact with the seller. So I opened a new thread and I sent him a couple of messages, but he didn't respond. So the next thing I did was I asked the ebay community to help and they suggested to use the 'report an issue' button. Unfortunately, I don't see the option to report an issue within the informations about the transaction. This is quite weirde, as I sent the money on Oct 09, which has been, according to a web duration calculator, exactly 168 days ago. Which means that the 180 days refund guarantee should still be accessible, should't it? I'm based in the Czech Republic. Is there any chance I'd see my money again? Thanks, Matej
