My problem is about something I paid for in November 2016 and which was broken when delivered. I arranged with the seller to return it - no offer of a refund, and was told that it would be repaired by a restorer, but he couldn't start working on it until the middle of January. I've heard nothing since that email in December. Because it's more than 180 days ago, I can't send an email to the seller, so it would seem that I've lost my £260. Paypal sent details of how to open a dispute, but I can only get so far, then three options come up. 'I have a problem with an item I purchased' is the one I want, but nothing happens when I try to click on it and if I just click to continue, I am told I have to choose one of the options. It's so frustrating. This is the second day I've been trying to sort this. Why isn't it possible to speak to someone? Is this all about shrugging of shoulders and not accepting any responsibility? All I want is to be able to contact the seller and find out what's happening, or get my money back.
