Well, someone has made an unuathorised purchase on my account a few days ago while I was at work - and due to my phone being broken, i was not able to check my emails easily. I reported the unauthorised purchase to a PayPal employee (who was very rude) and did not advise me on how to secure my account and what to do in regards to the unauthorised purchase. The employee was pretty much trying to get me off the line and just told me "I will open a case up, thank you." I was baffled ofcourse and recieve an email 24 hours later telling me that PayPal found that my account was secure when infact, my password and number was changed and the product was not even delivered to my primary address.
